Had to send the first one back as it only shot out hot water. The second one worked like it should. I love it compared to a regular shower. Has 3 rain fall jets that shoot out water at your mid-section. Shower head sprays a rain effect from the top so you can wash your hair. Has a water fall effect to fill up a tub if placed there. Was surprised that it also has a hand sprayer so you can rinse yourself off, bathe a dog easier, or clean out the tub or shower. I would never go back to a regular bathroom shower head. Almost forgot, it also has a blue led lights that light up around the rain fall shower head above you. Gives you a relaxing mood effect. I tend to stay in the shower longer since buying this item.

It works perfectly t and great quality so far but it was not the correct fit for my shower. We installed it anyways since it was a good price and easy to install. The water pressure is excellent and my kids love the light feature.

Water pressure , it’s so simple to assemble, looks amazing , temperature perfect and you can see how many minutes you are using the water … pretty good quality

Seems to work pretty well it is a little flimsy and a bit pricey for what it is in my opinion we will see how it works out

This product is not exactly what explained in product description we two both are not working And customer care is worst. Person I spoke to not friendly and helpful. We spent 350 dollars for plumbing and parts ended up with damaged product. Don’t buy this

It's been over a year and a half in use and it works great. Our model has the generator for lighting, no batteries, and that works great as well. I could see issues using it with well water but we don't. I highly recommend this tower.

Good shower well made

Really liked this product until the over head lights quit working. I thought well at least the panel is still working. Ya that quit too. Probably no going to replace this panel with the same brand. No way to contact support, so whatever not used to a pumping system only working a year
