Why do I have no sound when watching Netflix/Amazon Prime Video?

This projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound, please turn off Dolby sound on the devices or apps.( Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turning Dolby Digital (OFF) )

Why can't I cast Netflix movies or copyrighted shows on the YABER PRO V9?

When connect to bluetooth speaker, why there's no sound/sound is quiet?

1.Please increase the volume of projector and sound device first. 2.Doesn't support sound devices with Dolby, DTS, 5.1 channel, HDMI CEC, ARC. 3.Different devices with different audio processing may produce varying sound effects for the same audio.
