Does this cure as matte or shiny/ glossy?

Went on shiny but with it being outside has weathered to a matte.

What is the drying times for this please?

Hi, it took about 1 hour or so to set touch dry, then overnight to harden off.

Worked perfectly

Used in conjunction with other materials to repair my garden shed. I found it easy enough to use if not a bit soft. However with latex gloves and care, no problem. With all these things a bit costly and when finished a bit left over. Still was a cheap DIY job in the end
