Adapter nailed it.
Works great!! Got two old 18v Dewalt nail guns and replacement batteries don't work. This adapter does the trick. Price was right and my nail guns are good to go. I'm a happy camper.

Good product and great price
It works perfectly with my 18 volt DeWalt hammer drill. Snapped right in and accepted a 20 volt battery. It was less than half of the cost of the name brand adapter. This is a good deal and good quality.

It does work for the old nailers
This adapter works really well. It DOES work for current batteries to power the older 18v nailers. The DeWalt brand name one does not allow this. So, if you want to continue to use the older nailers you spent a lot of money on, this adapter works perfectly for that.
