The temperature settings are awful; set it, and in a day or two the temperature setting will change itself to colder (until you notice and change it back). The top shelf is pretty useless unless you want your milk and juice frozen (the user manual even tells you to avoid putting anything near the cold air vent). I had to buy an extra shelf ($100) so I could use the middle of the fridge. The near-constant beep-sshhhh-rrrrrr noises aren't that bad, but are they really necessary? The user manual even has a section explaining what each sound means. The only reason I'm not giving this boat anchor a single star is because the refrigerator does keep things cool (sometimes TOO cool), and the freezer keeps them frozen. But that's it.
