MRTLLOA Travel Essentials Mini/Compact Umbrella for Purse

I bought this umbrella in August 2024 and it finally gave out in September 2026 after regular use. For the price, I honestly couldn't ask for more. It's compact enough to carry around but held up surprisingly well, including through plenty of rain and wind. When mine finally broke, I searched my old orders specifically so I could buy the exact same umbrella again. Definitely recommend!

I liked the idea of an 'upside down' umbrella but wanted to get one with the cloud design underneath, so this fit the bill. The picture is very bright and the umbrella doesn't feel flimsy at all. I also liked that when open, this umbrella is a few inches winder than most travel umbrellas which is good because my last compact umbrella didn't quite cover me and my backpack, but this one does.My favorite part is actually that the button opens AND closes the umbrella. Very convenient. Just be careful when you're opening it because it really moves quick! The umbrella sleeve is great too. It fits tightly around the umbrella and seems waterproof, and I like that it has a zipper. The only thing I don't like about this umbrella is that to fully close it takes a lot of strength and effort, more so than any other umbrella I've ever seen. I can't pull the umbrella down and get it to stay, so I actually have to press down from the top of the umbrella for it to click into place in the base. And because of the way it's made with the auto-open feature, you have to open it from the base every time. You can't just close the top part, leave the handle long, and re-open it; it won't work. But now that I know that I really don't mind, and pushing down on the top of the umbrella to close it isn't really a big deal. I just can't figure out how to 'pull' it closed. Otherwise, it's a really great umbrella especially for the price!

This is a great little umbrella. I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to its longevity. It seems durable and opens and closes good.

It is great for being small and ready for on the go in your travels. If it’s super windy, you will have a little issue with it holding up. But regardless It is a great lightweight Travel umbrella. Great for the cost and to use.

Cute print. Opened easily with push button. Worked about 5 times when it rained then all of a sudden broke…won’t open and won’t close. Trash, now having to buy a new umbrella. UPDATE: Changing to 5 stars because of the customer service. Seller reached out to me to replace my umbrella but I had thrown it away already. They replaced it anyway. Awesome customer service!!! Thank you!

Love this umbrella! Clouds just makes rainy day happy. Although I ordered it for blocking the sun! It was perfect for EDC. Ran into another guy who ordered one as well!

The opening mechanism didn't work. We couldn't get it to open at all. Seamed like very cheap construction. Sorry.

Automatic ahhhhhh. As a senior I need an automatic umbrella. Goes up and down easily. For the price great value. At first I wanted a color. Glad I chose black now. Very compact and covers me completely.

Good - though have to exert more pressure when pressing the open /close button (Dark purple is as shown in their picture) - Umbrella arrived in Amazon envelope Umbrella was in matching cover & outer translucent snap button plastic
