Good Reliable and fast Laptop
I was looking to upgrade from my Chromebook to a laptop. I'm a writer, and I like having something to carry around that is light and not bulky for when I go with my family to the beach or park. I came across this laptop, thought it was a good fit for me, and was it. For being a renewal, it was in perfect condition; the price was decent as well. I've had it for over two weeks now and am so glad I got it. It's ideal for anyone looking for a reliable laptop for school or play.

This product was for my daughter. She is a new college student and needed a laptop urgently. It was delivered quickly with care. The setup was easy. It has enough space for her to download programs for her classes and write papers. I would recommend this product and Amazon's services to others.

Great laptop despite wrong color
So far so good with this laptop. This was a replacement for my college student who broke the screen on the last one. This one was refurbished, like new for a fraction of the cost of ordering an identical brand new machine. We ordered white, but received rose gold. Not a big deal as long as it’s reliable.

BAD RESET
LONG STORY SHORT BOUGHT THIS USED LAPTOP DURING PRIME DAY JULY 12TH 2023, ARRIVED JULY 17TH 2023. INITIAL SETUP ON DAY ONE WAS GOING WELL. DAY 2, IT BASICALLY LOCKED ME OUT AND I TRIED DIFFERENT THINGS ON DAY 3 BUT NOTHING HELPED. I ENDED UP TAKING THE LAPTOP TO MY COMPUTER PERSON OF MANY YEARS AND SHE WORKED ON IT FOR 5 HOURS AND IT OBVIOUSLY COST ME MONEY TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. APPARENTLY, AMAZON DID NOT FULLY RESET EVERYTHING PROPERLY TO FACTORY RESET ....UGH IT WAS ALSO RECOMMENDED NOT TO PURCHASE HP PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT BUILT TO LAST. BUYER BEWARE !!! GOOD NEWS MY REPAIR PERSON GOT IT BACK TO BRAND NEW CONDITIONS AND SO I'M KEEPING IT IN THE FUTURE, I'M BUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND LIKE LENOVO AND NEW AND NOT USED AND NOT SILVER GOOD LUCK MICHAEL FROM FLORIDA

Gift
It was actually a gift for my moms birthday, but she got upset it was smaller than her old one- so I took it:) I really love the speed and the quality of this laptop, great for little desktop games! haven't tried anything from steam yet, but the way it runs now, I assume it'll be just as good.
