Great design. Very handy. My only complaints are: 1) the guage of metal is quite light and it may show dents soon after regular use, and 2) the strainer holes are a bit large and when using short grained rice, the rice kernals can clog the holes..

When I received this I thought that I had made a stupid purchase. The packaging was breached and there was a red stain on the strainer bowl. But I washed off the stain and thought I'd try it for a few days. The first day I used it at least 5 times while I made soup and other dishes. I used it for rinsing lentils, washing and culling fresh herbs and veggies, draining pasta, etc. It fits easily between my colanders and is much lighter weight than a ceramic bowl. This is actually worth the price to me since I do so much prepping and cooking at home. It is extremely practical and well designed to save time and energy while preparing food.

I eat a lot of grain and wanted to begin washing it as reading about how it’s stored and the dust contamination. This works pretty well. No issues and it’s super easy to clean. I like that I can also soak the rice for certain meals like biryani.

This is great for washing your rice and not losing any grains. Large enough to fill my 6 cup rice cooker and more. Well made, good quality. Easy to use 304 stainless steel.
