I bought the Amazon Basics 14-Inch Round Propane Heater Flame for summer nights on the porch, and it’s been a nice addition. It doesn’t put out a ton of heat, so it won’t keep you warm on chilly evenings, but it creates a cozy flame and a nice atmosphere. It’s perfect for adding a warm glow and enhancing the vibe during mild weather. Easy to use, looks great, and does exactly what I wanted.

Great little fire pit. I use it on a small table between two chairs on my front porch. puts out enough heat to pretend it is a real fire. no smoke or anything bad smelling except when you first start it or shut it down you can smell the propane. I have had it through the fall and winter. Use it most weekends to visit with my neighbor. shows no signs of rust or anything. seems very durable. only cleaning that I do is pick a few leaves out of it once in a while.

We absolutely love this tabletop fire pit. It works great and we use it often, yet the propane tank lasts quite a while before needing to be replaced, which was a pleasant surprise. I actually built a patio table using a wooden cable reel and installed this fire pit into the top. The space inside the reel houses the propane tank, and the design of this unit makes it really simple to lift the fire pit and swap the tank when needed. It’s been a fantastic addition to our patio setup and adds a really nice ambiance when we’re outside in the evenings. Overall, a great little fire pit that’s easy to use and very efficient. 🔥 Don't mind the blue-hue you see in those photos. The street light outside my apartment needed to be changed and cast an eerie blue-hue everywhere. That has nothing to do with the quality or the color of how this fireplace burns.

Easy to install. This worked fine the first three days, but now it won't light with the internal piezo device. I'm able to light it by hand using a lighter, but that's not what I paid for. Now I have to decide if it's worth uninstalling and returning, or just use a lighter. Added Feb 2024: I returned the faulty unit and got another. This one works much better! Revising my stars from 2 to 4. I didn't give 5 stars because I don't feel the warmth! I'm searching for a heat deflector now.

Pros: very nice looking, solid piece and good size! Cons: does NOT come with a cover, you have to un assemble to bring it in after using (out of the weather) and the flame (in our case) wasn't anywhere near what shows on the demo. (the lighting unit WAS dented out of the box, so that may have had something to do with it. Customer Service listened and dealt with the issues promptly! This would work well in a screened in or completely covered area (plenty of ventilation but covered from the elements) We bought for our elderly parents and there is no way they will be able to dis assemble and re assemble every time they want to use it. Not user friendly in this aspect

Very easy to assemble. Looks great in the middle of our patio furniture. No smoke. Propane is hidden under the table fitting.

Got it along with converter to hook it to a large propane tank. Looks nice and does what I wanted. Goes through the umbrella hole in the middle of your table. I wish it had an option to hook up out the side

I purchased this item at Christmas time, and since it was winter, I could not put it out. I saved it and opened it up and could not get it to light no matter what I did. It appears that the needle for the gas bottle was too short, and therefore it would not allow the gas bottle to put gas into, the fireplace pit. I called Amazon and spent over 45 minutes trying to get either a full refund or just a credit and ended up having to cut this thing which weighs over 27 pounds back to a UPS store and return it and then they charged me a restocking fee , I lost over $27 for this item and I had already purchased $35 worth of propane which is no longer useful nor is the cover that I paid $15 for. Be sure if you buy this item that you check it out immediately because it seems that the gas valve has a lot of issues and that’s why it’s been out of stock , I have spent a lot of money with Amazon over the last six years and I was astounded at their lack of ability to help me out. I will be more careful in the future, but be warned. You may not get what you pay for.
