Small, cheap, strong splint-maker.
This cheap, super-light first aid product should be in every home! Easy to use to form a splint- simply unroll and bend vertically for a stiff splint. I once made a U-shaped splint with this for a shattered ankle. Can be molded and stiffened for any shape splint you need. Attach splint with loose bands of cloth or the like. Helps stabilize broken bones and joints to provide pain relief as you seek medical care. REUSABLE! Simply put-if you enjoy the back country, the beach, camping as much as I do, you should carry this $11 item with you. There is a tremendous difference between walking out on a broken bone and, and walking out with a splinted bone.

Light weight, easily storable, splint
I have bought and used this splint material several times and recommend having it on hand. It is easy to use, is light weight ( foam around flexible metal interior) molds to whatever shape the limb is in at the time, and will wrap around the sides of smaller limbs. Once in place just use roll gauze and tape to secure until you can get help. At 18 or 36 inches, it can be used on a leg or arm. It can be cut with scissors to a smaller size. I have it in my car, hiking gear and camper. Worth every penny when you need it. I can't say enough about it.

Good price, good quality.
I purchased these splints because they are 1 foot longer than most other splints available on Amazon. They are at a fair price which makes them ideal for replenishing my rescue squad's equipment.

Lightweight, Flexible, and Sturdy
This rescue splint is an excellent addition to any first aid kit. At just 5.2 ounces, it’s incredibly lightweight! It also packs down small, so it fits neatly into a first aid kit without taking up much space. Despite being soft and pliable, it feels sturdy enough to provide reliable support. I really appreciate its flexibility. It can be folded or shaped to fit either arms or legs, and it’s suitable for both adults and kids.

Must have addition to your wilderness first-aid kit!
Haven't had to use one yet but it will do an excellent job when or if the time comes. It won't expire like other things that could be in your first-aid or backcountry kit. I also image that it can be reused as well.
