They are pretty thick and are deeper than what I had. I got the black ones in 2 different sizes. The size is great and they work well with my pots. The only issue I had was that one saucer in one of the sets I purchased was cracked at the bottom. I was able to exchange it for a new set without any issues. I've looked at saucers from stores and they were getting up there in price.
