Wow!!!!!

I was looking into laptops and I almost had a stroke... this computer was everything I needed. I am able to make videos and I have lots of memory. Also having 2 screens is awesome. You can easily have 2 projects going at the same time. This is my 2nd purchase.. my 1st purchase had some cosmetic damage but customer support acted quickly and totally refunded my purchase after I dropped it off at FedEx. They wasn't sure what may have happened internally. So.... I got another. It is working just fine.

My old computer had the Windows 10 version software so I needed an upgrade. I thought I would purchase a used desktop to save money. Well, I saved money but it is too noisy for my voiceover work. It has good storage capacity and handles graphics okay. I would not purchase this computer if you need a quiet computer for voiceover work.

Computer arrived on time. The only problem I have with it is Mouse arrived crushed in box. Must have happened during transit. Computer works fine, excellent piece of equipment! Does everything Amazon Ad states. I have had no problems with the computer. I let it run and powered up for the first one hundred hours just to burn it in. I would say it is a very good deal for the price. And the system speed is outstanding.

This computer did not include Widows 11 pro as shown in the product picture. I do not know if the Windows 11 pro on this computer is legal! Also, there is absolutely no documentation for the computer or the graphics card. When I received the computer, the cover was loose. The computer does function well, but without documentation and a legitimate copy of Windows 11 pro, I'm disappointed in the seller and Amazon.

This arrived so fast and thought it was really messed up but it turned out to be the Wi-Fi dongle I put an old one I already had in its place and everything came back to life and it works great all kinds of extras installed best computer I’ve ever owned. 5 stars great communications with seller.

Good company, excellent purchase

It worked great out of the box, now I have windows 11pro PC , and my old windows 10 pc, I am happy
