I received this today, why is there no seal on it?????

I ordered this item for my granddaughter and sent it direct to her. She was pleased with the item and did not mention a seal.

Is this mascara waterproof?

i don't believe that it is, as its not expressly advertised as waterproof.

Why is there no seal on it? I think it is used :-(

There is no need to be concerned that the product has been used or is not brand new, if you buy from a reputable and experienced cosmetics supplier.
