This Nutricost Glucomannan supplement didn't meet my expectations. Despite taking it for over a month, I didn't experience any noticeable changes in my appetite or weight loss. Disappointing results for me.

This is the worst product and not effective at all, please don’t waste your money on this

I’ve been taking one or two capsules with a lot of water 15 minutes ish before my main meals and it works really well at slowing down digestion. Pizza that would typically digest super quickly actually lasts for a while and keeps me full for longer. Quick warning though you should start with one capsule and work your way up so your stomach gets use to it. Also drink a lot of water

This is just as good as the brand name expensive stuff they sell on as made for TV commercials. I use this to keep my weight in check for several years but after a while, my body just couldn't tolerate it anymore. I recommend, if you try this method to decrease your appetite, that you start out with one pill at a time - not two or three. It can be hard on your G.I. tract. if I took just one every morning and one before lunch, I could get by without gas or bloating or discomfort. But more would cause a lot of that kind of G.I. problemz
