Love it!!
I love this little ice maker! The ice will melt if not used within a reasonable amount of time but it just keeps recycling to make more ice. I add the ice to an ice bucket in freezer. It makes two different sizes and makes ice pretty quickly. I clean it weekly and have had no problems. With the push of a button I have ice!

nice and easy to use but it is more accurate to say it makes one pound an hour not 24 pounds in 24 hours unless you plan to stay up the entire time to add water and remove cubes. I find the drain plug to be hard to use so I just empty excess water into the sink. Plus drain plug seems to be rubber which might wear out over time--my method works just fine. Also price seems to change daily by a wide margin so you might want to check it

Very nice machine
Wanted to be able to make ice fast for cocktails. Super simple to use. Wish the ice was a big bigger but it’s doable. Tastes fresh, if you switch out the water frequently. Quiet too. I kinda like hearing the ice pushed to the basket so I know it’s ready from the other room. If you’re in the fence go for it.

Broken ice maker
My ice maker only lasted about 1 1/2 months then it stop making ice. I try everything the manufacturer recommend and still no ice .I give it a 2 cause when it was working it was great but didn't last at all....

Not working
I have had this ice maker for just a few months and it quit working I tried troubleshooting no help contacted them no help never again

Hard to clean
It made ice fine but gets moldy quickly. You don’t notice it until you do. The picture is the back of the machine. I was running a cleaning cycle and couldn’t figure out where the black flecks were coming from. I tried everything to reach the back to clean. Finally used a butter knife while pushing a napkin to the back. Only after spraying a cleaner directly on the black did it start to come off, I’m going to have to run a bunch of cleaning cycles to make sure the spray is gone.
