T3 is great quality and works nicely on my hair. My only complaint was with Amazon. I ordered new but it was clear that someone had it first and in fact their address label was still on the product from when it was sent to them.

Not as good as the old, original flat iron, but still better than non-professional, cheaper irons. You have to hold the button for about 3 seconds before it comes on, then the controls are sort of annoying, but it's still a great iron. I wish the plates were longer though.

I really wanted to like this flat iron, but it completely ruined my hair. Even on the lowest heat setting, it dried out my hair and caused noticeable damage. It never did a good job flattening my hair either – no matter what products I used, the results were always disappointing. I kept giving it a chance, thinking it might be my products, but once I switched to a different flat iron, the difference was immediate. My hair looked healthier, smoother, and the results were far better. Another issue was the constant crunching sound it made every time I passed it through my hair. I used it for months, hoping it would stop, but it never did. Overall, this flat iron just didn’t deliver on any level for me. I regret purchasing it and wouldn’t recommend it.

Love it BUT switching it on and off has a learning curve for sure. Anything else wrong is user error, I need to learn how to style my hair better., lol

Works great but not sure it's worth the $150 price tag though considering it is a little difficult to adjust the heat and also whatever the actual flat iron is made of where you hold it is very slick and smooth and has no grip on it so if you have any leftover product on your hands then the flat iron gets tricky and wants to slip out of your hand. Don't get me wrong, my hair looks great and it slid over my hair with no snags but I think I should have got something cheaper considering it slips out of my hand.

This worked fine, it is a pain to adjust setting.. you have to push very hard to increase the heat setting. It’s odd how hard you have to repeatedly push. It just completely died at the 2 year mark. I’ve never had a flat iron completely die and stop working. This is the priciest one I’ve bought by far, and was the least reliable. The T3 blow dryer I bought at the same time died after not even a year. You can return with a warranty and it’s a huge pain. I won’t be purchasing anymore T3 products.

This is the nicest flat iron I have ever owned! It heats up quickly, is very comfortable to use and straightens my hair very nicely. I would definitely recommend it!

This really is single pass. It hadn’t occurred to me that I would really just do a single pass even though that is part of the name, but now that is how I use it, and styling my hair is fast. It doesn’t dry out my hair, and I get compliments on my hair. My hair is shiny too, it never was with other straighteners.

Heats up really fast, has different heat settings (low heat for fine hair, high heat for thick hair etc). Figuring out the settings is not intuitive - keep the instructions in the box or give it a google

I recently purchased this after reading Forbes best hair straighteners that were used for a year. Very happy with the results- my hair stays straight for the whole day and doesn’t need touch ups. My hair is medium texture and has some natural waves in it. I like how you can personalize the settings to your hair texture to minimize damage. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great new straightener.
