So easy and delicious gluten free pancake mix. High protein is a plus. They come out fluffy and taste good. Makes great waffles too.

Gluten free pancake mix can be hit or miss, especially the healthier or protein version, this is amazing. My young kids love it and I love it. Makes great waffles and pancakes, super fluffy, very similar to a normal waffle/pancake. We will definitely buy again!

I liked it but it was a bit dry for my taste but and I would buy it again except for the price so I may never repurchase because of that but if you have the budget, it’s worth it.

We purchased this after speaking to them at a convention. I love their products, but usually make my own mixes. They convinced me I should try a bag, as they use pea protein, so they said it didn't have the nasty aftertaste. I was willing to give it a shot... They didn't lie. The pancakes were great. It's hard enough to find good gluten free products, let enough decent protein products. This manages both. I'm impressed. We will buy this again.

I was really excited about finding a protein gf pancake option but this is not it. It has weird sweet added flavor taste to it. Threw out immediately. Don’t waste your money on this

I get its not that supposed to be sweet but it just tastes like plain flour
