Still Spirits Turbo Carbon 130g Liquid Charcoal

I made a 25L bucket of 21% in 7 days. I put my yeast and carbon in lukewarm water with 9KG of sugar and that's it. By the time the fermentation is done. The carbon had settled also. Be very careful not to shake the tub up. And simply just open the tap at the bottom of the 25L fermentation bucket and drain it into another 25L bucket. And you have crystal clear 25L of 21% ready to do as you please. Not sure if this is the correct way. But it's been working for me every time.

Pleasantly suprised. As i carbon filter my product anyway with an "Essencia" carbon filter, i didnt really expect this to make any significant difference. However, i do have to say my spirit IS cleaner tasting . Or i percieve it to be cleaner. My fermentaion lasted longer (good because then more ethanol is being produced) with no ill effects. Upon clearing the product drops out as it should leaving a clear low wine ready to distill. I WILL be using this again. Oh, i used one packet for 10 gallons.

Works good to bring down yeast smell in the house. I've done brews both with and without, the smell is basically non existent with the liquid carbon.
