Unfortunately, the actual experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. ⚙️ Setup & Initial Impression: Device connected easily to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (Smart Life app). Powered using a genuine Apple 5W adapter The device was placed just near to my router — full signal strength, no network congestion. Initially worked fine for a few hours, controlling IR appliances like TV and AC. ❗ Core Problems: The device frequently goes offline in the Smart Life app, sometimes within hours of setup. Becomes completely unresponsive, requiring a manual power cycle to bring it back. There is no load connected — it only emits IR signals, so power consumption is minimal. I confirmed that Wi-Fi signal was not the issue — every other device near it stays online without problems. 🔍 Troubleshooting Done: Verified power supply using different cables and adapters (all stable). Reserved a static IP via router DHCP settings. Changed Wi-Fi channels to avoid interference. Disabled AP/client isolation on router. Reinstalled the app, reset the device multiple times, and checked for firmware updates. After all of this, the problem still persists.
