Stanley Pneumatic Hammer Kit, c/w Suitable Accessories

Use an pneumatic air gun for various jobs through work, this was a reasonable price but is probably the best I've had in nearly 20 years.

I needed to chip out mortar between bricks and was thinking of buying a cheap electric sds drill but then i came across this little pneumatic hammer and already owning a compressor, at £20 it seemed a no-brainer. Even though it took a few minutes to set up properly using ptfe tape on all the screw thread connections to make sure of no air leaks, it was a joy to use and did the job easily. It is identical to the Silverline £10-15 gun but comes with a storage case and good quality oil feed valve that doesn't leak, so for me was the one to get. An excellent tool at an excellent price - highly recommended.

its comfy in hand, does the job as long as you dont expect it to chop up a whole concrete pad or some such. i just used it to cut a groove in some hard concrete. i needed to lay an armoured cable to my garage so cut a 2 x 2cm goove around 9ft long worked in short bursts just fine. it really needs a decent sized compressor to maintain longer burts. (mine is smallest of a popular range on amazon here) my biggest bugbare is the fancy box they supply...... do they really expect me to dismantle it and pack it away when not in use? i just unplug from its line put in a box i happened to have that it will fit in.....

Just thought I'd leave a review just incase you were like me. I tried to untighten the bolt at the bottom the air inlet, I tried everything possible and it wouldn’t budge. Turns out its a plastic cap within the bolt itself you need to remove. Might seem obvious to seasoned pro's but this is my first ever air tool. I was about to return it when I realised. I can see in the reviews someone else had the same issue. So rather than remove the whole bolt, there's a small circular cap within the bolt itself you take out. Hope this helps out someone. Thanks

Bust after 5 mins

In less than one year without heavy use . the coupling valve start to leak so i cleaned it and ensured it was free from debris , the seals have obviously disintegrated or hardened and are very poor quality. From what used to be a reputable company...if you think paying £20 for something that might only last 3-months is good value for money go ahead take the risk but I'll have to be looking somewhere else. I contacted Stanley themselves and they said it's another company that makes this product for them and that I should try and reach out to them through Amazon. Amazon won't allow me to request a return or provide a link to contact the manufacturer . It apparently only comes with a 3-month warranty so after that period you don't have a letter to stand on. time to reconsider buying from Amazon and get back onto to the High Street shops where at least you can talk to someone about out getting a fair deal!!!

When it eventually arrived and was first used north end had splits in then preventing a brand new compressor from gaining pressure. The tube is obviously just forced onto the brass fits because I’d repaired each end and warmed each end before reattaching the brass fittings it works fine. How long the strength and integrity of the house will last…we’ll see

Ottimo martello pneumatico acquistato per effettuare lo scalpellamento di asole per la sigillatura di scalini esterni che provocavano infiltrazioni nella sottostante struttura di calcestruzzo. Unica nota di critica: durante il funzionamento tende a svitarsi il cilindro dove si muove il pistone. Ma sapendolo è facile impugnare l'attrezzo in maniera consona per limitare questo effetto delle vibrazioni. In generale la nota di merito è la leggerezza e la manovrabilità rispetto ad un martello elettrico di peso sicuramente più elevato e di gestibilità nei movimenti più complicato. Da considerare l'elevato consumo di aria compressa che peraltro era già stato preventivato. Per questo tipo di lavoretto ho utilizzato un compressore da 15 lt. con conseguenti stop per surriscaldamento. Con pazienza ho terminato comunque l'intervento con tempi allungati. L'utilizzo di questo compressore è stato purtroppo necessario per il più semplice trasporto sul luogo dell'intervento. Comodi i diversi tipi di scalpelli a corredo. A consuntivo acquisto più che soddisfacente.

Pour le prix c'est imbattable, les raccords sont sertis et de bonne qualité, garde sa forme après avoir été étiré et est souple juste ce qu'il faut. Acheté avec un gonfleur Hazet, s'emboite parfaitement et dans le compresseur également. Aucune fuite. Je recommande.
