The different sizes are super practical for everyday baking and roasting, and the non-stick surface works very well — food releases easily and cleanup is fast. One thing to keep in mind: the silicone handles do get hot when the pans are in the oven, which is normal for silicone bakeware, so make sure to use oven mitts when taking them out. Overall, a great quality set and very functional — just wanted to share that small heads-up for anyone expecting the handles to stay cool.
