I like this product since it can keep me in a constant sleep but what i dislike is that it isnt very effective, its just like a sleep booster.

Easy way to take 5-HTP. I was taking the capsules but since I also take a lot of medication and other supplements, I really wasn't too thrilled with taking more capsules. This is so easy to take and it taste good! I have noticed some improvement in my mood and I am sleeping better. Highly recommend trying this.
