It’s way to thick it’s unstable when your sat on it & to return it costs nearly as much as the pad.

Bought a cheaper alternative to this and found after a short period of use on the rowing machine ended up with a sore backside. Battled on with this for quite awhile and finally decided to buy one of these and after a few sessions I am pleased to say it is like night and day. Best money I have spent as now I enjoy what use to be quite uncomfortable.

Good seat cushion
This is a good seat cushion. I have had my rower for over a year and have progressively increased my rowing sessions. Any workout over 15 minutes would cause soreness. This cushion allows me to row longer without any discomfort. Seems well made. Easy to attach and it stays in place. I would recommend it.
