They are full size and perfect for adults. I live in the south and I'm always hot. I put them on my chest when I go out in the heat. Easy to remove and slap on your wrist. NO residue comes off easy. I also keep some in the frezzer. Beware they get cold but easy to remove and move around to cool off.

I love cooling patches when I have a migraine. I cannot use these because yhe stink, I don't mean a scent, I mean stink. They smell like used motor oil and some other oil to try to cover the stink. A migraine is bad enough, but when you add a stink patch your nausea is thrown in overdrive. I cannot think of any use for these patches, especially when your sick.
