Setting it up was a breeze, and it seamlessly connected to our Wi-Fi, reaching an impressive distance of over 130 feet. In fact, we even tested one of the sensors in our car while parked, and it maintained a solid connection from the parking lot! As a pantry dedicated to helping feed the poor, ensuring the safety of our food is a top priority. These thermometers have been instrumental in keeping our supplies safe for our clients. I highly recommend them! The product is not only reliable but also user-friendly. We did encounter a minor issue where one of the sensors got unplugged, but the alarm system quickly alerted us with additional icons, allowing us to address the problem immediately. The ability to set temperature ranges and receive notifications if one of our freezers fails provides us with invaluable peace of mind. Customer support was quick and excellent, addressing our questions efficiently. The app is fantastic, giving us real-time access to the exact temperature of our freezers right on our phones. Great product. I no longer worry about a problem with a freezer or refrigerator failure without a warning that I have a problem. It has an audible alarm and it also sends me an email if the temperature goes above or below my preset temp range. I first bought the package set and then bought extra sending units for my other refrigerators and wine fridges.

i purchased the hub and 2 sensors a while back and since added 2 more sensors. App is great! It logs all. It will TXT you if a freezer temp is out of programmed parameters!!!!! Excellent!!! I could not be more pleased with this company and system.

Rock solid product. This is my 3rd unit. Great for monitoring refrigeration systems. You can see the defrost cycles and detect open doors and evaporator freeze-up conditions that need immediate attention as so many smart, so called "high efficiency" designs are prone to today. Remote monitoring on smart phone or http web page. Easy setup and monitoring as well as graphing and data download. Quality built with rechargeable batteries go almost a year before needing a quick connect to a USB charger. Highly recommend this product line.

My Govee and Acurite sensors either fail to work or barely work through the thickness of a freezer or refrigerator. Mocreo separates the sensor from the transmitter/receiver, so you get a better signal. I don't love the requirement of a hub (none required for Govee), but at least Mocreo identifies their devices (MAC or S/N) so you know which sensor you're placing and which it is on your mobile app. The mobile app is OK. I had trouble keeping the hub connected, so i think it's an issue with the 2.4ghz WiFi line of sight - you aren't relieved of that hassle here. Still, a small improvement over the other IoT temp/humidity devices I have tried with > 4 sensors.

Customer service is amazing. Had our first set for just over a year and the battery puffed. Reached out to the company and they sent us new ones and followed up to ensure we were able to get installed/linked with no issue etc. These have worked great for us for our home away from home to ensure nothing goes wrong while we are away with the fridge. Great addition to an RV /5th wheel if you have to leave it with the fridge on. App is great and notifies us when the fidge or freezer rises in temp so we can go change out propane when needed. Great peace of mind on the food storage to ensure safe.

These are great ! We’ve had them for a while now. Bonus thing is not only do they monitor well, but you can see how and when your freezer is cycling. We discovered one of our freezers was cycling way to often, not holding temp long. Replaced that freezer, probes paid for themselves right there.
