How much is in a tub?

It is powder form you have to mix it with water it goes a long way

Can this be put over bitumen? And also in another room I have thermoplastic tiles, could it be put over these aswell?

Can this go on concrete floor? And should i self level before or after?

Yes it can, would dampen surface first, apply two coats of tanking then self level on top. Manufacturers very helpful if you have any queries
