GARTOO 6' x 7' Outdoor Storage Shelter Shed, Gray

I needed an outdoor temporary storage unit to store a bicycle and other items while camping. It needed to be simple and quick to assemble and disassemble while traveling between campgrounds. The first one I had incorporated segmented fiberglass poles passed through loops on a stiff vinyl cover with a curved zipper. Over time the vinyl cover faded and the zipper broke. It took too long to assemble and disassemble. Ropes and metal tent pegs were used to resist the wind which did not work well in wind gusts. Time to get a new one. After considering several units I decided to purchase this bicycle garage. I was amazed when I unpacked the box and saw the parts for the frame. I followed the instructions and assembled the frame fairly quickly. The metal tube sections were all identified and slipped together like tent poles. Subassembly’s were connected with a bolt and wing nuts only finger tight. After the frame was assembled the one piece cover slipped easily over the frame and the bottom edge was fastened to the bottom frame with elastic ball loops through grommets. Bottom frame was held down with U shaped pins into the ground. Rope and tent pegs were provided to add for wind resistance. The cover has a window in the back with a Velcro flap and the front has a door with 2 vertical sturdy zippers. The cover is made of thick vinyl and fits perfectly and tight over the frame. The 6x3 size can accommodate 2 bicycles or 1 bike and other camping gear. It can also be relocated easily fully assembled. The only problem I have is that the cover doesn’t have the skirt at the bottom to cover the frame and ball loops. All the photographs of all the different sizes of these units show a bottom skirt. I disassembled the entire garage and returned it today. I requested another one and it has been shipped today. That’s great service. Looking forward to use this bicycle garage on my camping trips.

All I can say is WOW!!! I was totally expecting this thing to get destroyed during one of the 3 major storms we had back to back. The shed did amazingly well and is still in perfect condition. Northern Indiana has been hit hard this year with storms hail, high winds and heavy rain. Shed held up perfectly. When I bought the shed I also bought screw anchors knowing it was going to be set up on sand and loose soil. The kit had anchors but I wanted heavier duty ones that I could put in with my impact . Very impressed with the shed and if can follow directions it was easy to set up.

Very nice and heavy duty. Takes a bit to put together but well worth it. I live in a snowy state and I watched my neighbor's tent/shed fall under the weight of a heavy snow so thanks Gartoo!

This was missing the tabs on the outside that you're supposed to use to anchor it to the ground so I had to go buy some straps and anchor it from the inside. Seems to be rain resistant but with the bottom flaps not being secure I recommend putting anything you don't want to get wet up on blocks or a pallet off the ground. The cover is pretty thick and I like to window vents. It's not very stable without a little extra tie downs but that's like most of these little structures. Now that I have stabilized with extra tie downs it will work for what I want to use it for. The opening is wide enough to pull my Harley in with ease.

I had problems with set up. The bolts were far too short to make a secure connection and wasn't able to get the last bolt to connect at all. The instructions were also very unclear with respect to the tie downs, however, i did find videos on the website. I wanted to return the product but unfortunately the cost to do so was nearly as much as the product. I've decided to take the loss. I would not recommend buying this China made piece of junk. Complete waste of money.
