Good quality audio, and great value USB condenser microphone for the specs it has.
So far, it's proved a very good microphone. Easy to set up, not software nor driver to install. The microphone is too quiet by default for it to be placed on a desk (instead of infront of the mouth), but I found that increasing the gain in the system settings to 120% fixed that small issue. The microphone has a sensible size and a reassuring weight. The audio pass through can double as a high quality audio out if you turn the dial to 100% desktop audio. The mute button is visually responsive and light to press. All in all, for a USB condenser microphone it's great value.

Good quality and controls
It is a good microphone, a bit on the expensive side, but it’s justified for the quality. The recording are clear and the noise suppression is really good. Recommended

🎙️ Sennheiser Profile – Compact, Clear, Easy to use! with one disadvantage (4-Month Review)
1. Design & Build Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 🖥️ Compact Look: Sleek, professional, and fits any setup! However, the stand is a bit too short for long-term comfort—you might want to invest in a separate stand or boom arm for a better reach. 🔌 Plug & Play: Just plug in the USB, and you’re ready to record—no extra setup needed! 2. Durability ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🛠️ Solid & Sturdy: The metal build feels durable, and after 4 months, it’s still in perfect shape. The included stand is stable, but a boom arm would make a great addition to avoid adjusting constantly. 3. Ease of Use ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🎛️ Intuitive Controls: Four main buttons for easy, quick adjustments: 🎚️ Gain: Adjusts mic sensitivity. 🔊 Volume: Controls headphone sound for monitoring. 🔇 Mute: Instantly silences the mic when needed. 🔄 Mix: Lets you balance mic and playback audio, perfect for multitasking. 4. Performance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🎤 Crystal Clear Sound: Provides clear, detailed audio with minimal background noise, especially when placed close by. Perfect for podcasts, live streaming, and voiceovers! 5. Value for Money ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💸 Great Bang for Your Buck: Excellent audio quality without breaking the bank. This mic is an ideal choice for podcasters or creators looking for pro-level sound on a budget. 6. Cool Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 🎧 Direct Monitoring: Built-in headphone jack for real-time, latency-free monitoring—a huge bonus if you’re doing live sessions! 🎨 Simple & Effective: While there aren’t many bells and whistles, it’s everything you need for quality recordings. Final Thoughts – Overall Rating: The Sennheiser Profile USB Microphone with Table Stand is an excellent choice for clear, easy-to-use audio. Though the stand could be taller, the quality and features make it a great buy. 🎙️ Perfect for podcasts, streaming, and voiceovers alike! 🌟 Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.6/5)

Brilliant microphone
Great microphone I purchased originally a sound card and microphone prior to ordering my MacBook Air m4 machine last year, With a view to create podcasts and zoom sales calls sadly the previous one was not up to scratch so desperately as setting up my home office chose this as it seemed to be plug and play On arrival I was amazed the connection was straight away just plug setup zoom and it was on a Amazon spring deal so value for money compared to previous one I had Weight is light also completed to previous one Sound quality is great too I kept my old boom arm and added this mic can pick up when I forget to turn off YouTube videos and sounds for talking it great too just remember if you loom or zoom and in pc or Mac settings to add the mic as it’s named microphone otherwise it will be not working Never bought the arm as already had one but happy with purchase and connectivity and functionality works very well for my projects Weight also is very light bit like a singing microphone on a karaoke machine bottom screws on great to boom arm but can also use as a desk microphone with a holding stand weight is about 4grams No issues thank you Amazon

Quality, affordable and a happy customer
I should start by saying that I am no voiceover artist or audio professional, but I needed a mic that I could use over Zoom/Teams, etc. I'm so impressed with the Sennheiser Profile. I watched quite a few comparative YouTube videos (as is my way) before purchasing it, but you never really know until you receive something, whether it'll live up to expectations, but this mic certainly has. It is literally a plug-n-play microphone, out of the box, plug it into my laptop and I was away. Don't forget to pop into the Zoom settings to help it recognize your new mic (I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out why I could hear the other person but they couldn't hear me until I worked that one out, but that's my issue, not the mic's). Everyone's commented on how crisp my voice sounds now, no background noise, just clear audio. The YouTube video's I'd watched gave me guidance on how far away the mic should be and the settings it should be at (essentially, unless you're a professional, all the dials on the front can be at their center points). If I had to be picky, the one issue I had with it is that it comes with a USBC to USBC cable and my laptop does not have a USBC port, but I happened to have a USBC to USB cable here to I just used that instead. So, in summary, great mic, surprisingly affordable, happy customer!

OK ish but not as good as I expected
😔 To be honest, I did not think this microphone would be anything super special, but I thought, hey, it’s an upgrade from my cheap £20 microphone, and the build quality is fantastic. It’s very solid. But what I find is that there is a weakness on the back with the USB-C port. If you touch the cable too much or bend the arm too much, there seems to be a weakness in the USB-C port, because I had to send one back. Also, on my system, with all volume levels checked, even with the gain turned all the way up, you have to speak closer than 8 inches to the microphone. It just seems like you’re practically glued to it. It feels like your lips are almost glued to the front of the microphone all the time. Realistically, you can’t go more than 6 inches away from it, in my opinion, or on my computer anyway. So I’ve just got to give it a 3.
