It's brilliant, my bloating is gone. It's an easy and now integral part of my daily routine and I certainly notice the difference if I miss a few days. I have tried all flavours and my favourite is Strawberry & Raspberry. I can't recommend it enough - literally life changing. Review: Treat your gut - Highly recommend Started using this a couple of years ago for troubles in my gut from a virus I caught from abroad. Along with a structured diet for 4 weeks, I was so much better. I continued taking ‘my shot’ every morning and will do for the immediate future as I believe it’s helping with other problems I have. If you think it’s expensive, break the price down to a daily portion. A treat for your gut. ## Features - Billions of live friendly bacteria in every shot, unlike freeze-dried probiotics, Symprove’s live and active cultures remain metabolically active from bottle to shot, helping your gut thrive. - 100% arrives alive, thanks to clever gluten free grains, our germinated barley extract prepares friendly bacteria to survive your stomach’s acidity, so they reach your gut alive and active and ready to get to work straight away. - Unique water-based formula, friendly bacteria need water to thrive.
