Great to practice and improve in comprehension. Much more focused than school work

Brilliant books
Brilliant books. My child struggles with English comprehension and we have year 6 books 1, 2 and stretch. So far we have finished book 1 and are making our way through book 2, I assume we will also use 'stretch'. The texts and questions are inspired. I'm not convinced my child is getting any better at comprehension but I don't think that is the fault of the books. They are brilliant, and thought provoking. I'm enjoying them, even if my child is grumpy about the whole business (his teachers suggestion by the way).
