got this after I broke my hand to track recovery. took a while to arrive but works great. unlike my hand.

Good product but but not an exercise machine!
It does what it says and stores previous results (up to 25!) so you can monitor progress. I put my left hand as user 1 and right hand (previous broken wrist) as user 2 and see how I'm doing from time to time. Only minor quandary is the readout somewhat arbitrarily regards your result as 'weak', 'normal' or 'strong' - assuming this is based on some global research standards. Glad to barely scrape 'normal' from time to time! Glad to see it has USB and battery operation, 2 AAAs or a (very short) but standard USB cable, easily extendable. Unfortunately cannot be used to unscrew tight jars.

Healthspan Prediction Tool
Grip Strength is a very accurate predictor of your healthy lifespan, healthspan. Fortunately I'm pulling 120lbs at age 60 which is considered strong. It's not that working on your grip strength will make you live longer, more that if you improve your health and fitness you will live healthy longer. If you've got good grip strength it's fun to challenge people to beat yours.

Strange my last review was decline due to mentioning price or packaging which I never mentioned either...damn I've said them now, but I will just say - Not the exact same product as shown because it has no finger sections. Its just flat...but it works

Can't say if it's accurate or not but works well. I like being able to change all the small settings like lbs and kgs. The handle seems uncomfortable for me but I think that just depends on your hand size. The handle could be more rounded though and less square

Poor instruction leaflet of no use whatsoever.
Instruction leaflet was "minimal", Could not adjust the item. Distributors Customer Service a waste of time. Finally gave up and returned to Amazon. First time I had returned anything to Amazon in many, many years. Return procedure was fantastic and quick.
