A: The back of the fan says 15W.

**Q: Are you able to open the fan to clean the blades ?**
A: Yes! And the fan blade is made of plastic, so it won't bend out of shape.  I'm very happy with this fan.

**Q: Is this a power or usb fan**
A: This fan is designed to plug into a 120 volt wall outlet.

**Q: Can you clip this onto a 2x4?  Can you adjust the fan from left to right.  How many degrees will it swivel?**
A: Luckly, 2x4's are actually 1.5" x 3.5"
So you might be able to make it work
