The daily dose is four capsules. If you are taking any other vitamins or supplements, it is just overwhelming to have so many. Trying to remember twice a day dosing to divide it up just didn’t work well for me. I did not see in the product information about the number of capsules per daily dose when I ordered. I wish that had been more obvious. Also wish I had known this product could have been returned. However I do believe doTerra products are of good quality as I am a user of their oils.
