It does feel a little sticky to the touch when it dries on the lids but I assume this is to make sure that your eye shadow stays in place. I’m very happy with my purchase. **Q: Is this suitable with lash extensions** A: All I can say is, I have lid margin disease, which irritates that whole area 24/7, 365 days a year. I recently tried lash extensions but had a serious irritation and inflammation and had to remove them asap. The product in question was amazing in that it did not irritate my highly sensitive eyes AT ALL. So, between the product and eyelash extensions I would say that the latter are far more likely to cause irritation.
