Orange Glow 13amp Plug-in Night Light, Glowplug

People seem to misunderstand the point of these lights. They are not to provide enough light to illuminate a room, or even a small part of it. Rather they are a useful guide points in the dark, which, along with a bit of natural ambient light which they add to, is enough for you to get around at night in a familiar space without blinding yourself by having to put the main lights on. If you know your own house they are sufficient. And they'll quite possibly stop you falling down stair. And there is no need for them to be light sensitive and turn off as I believe the power they draw is 1 watt, so the cost is minuscule. And these particular plug ins are as good as any.

This is very good, nice soft light. I wanted a hall light that could stay on all night so we could sneak to the loo without waking up the baby. Red spectrum light disrupts sleep less than white/blue so it's great for avoid that 'startled wide awake' by the bathroom moment!It is the dimmest we have found, but if anything I would like even dimmer. Much better than many other we tried though!

Not very bright and earth pin bent so difficult insertion into socket, don't waste your time and money on this seriously.The only good thing about it was when we opened it there was a 3 amp fuse soldered inside, so at least it was fused.Very Dim 😑

This gives off a comforting amber glow, unlike others that are bright white or blue it isn't intrusive. My son (2 years) seems to sleep better with this than the brighter blue one it replaced.It stays on continuously as it has no light sensor, but its power consumption is minute. After running for a full day it was barely warm indicating it must be reasonably efficient.

Foolproof though minus a star for being disposablePlug and go.Ultra low power consumption of 0.95 Watt each.

Just the right amount of glow to see your way around a darkened room.

I like it it saves me using the main light on the top of the stairs when entering my man cave at 5.45am. Close man cave door put desk lamp on and get ready for gym.

Can hardly see them when they are on.
