Great looking yet not sharp
At first brilliant yet after second use ie carving, chopping bread plus more blunt as hell. Look good. Tried to sharpen with no avail. Great looking set with covers to blades. Ah well ty anyway x

Je ne suis pas un accro de TOP CHEF, mais j'apprécie de faire de la cuisine maison. Avec ces couteaux je peux réaliser diverses fantaisies avec une précision d'une toute autre qualité qu'avec mes couteaux habituelles. Hier je me suis lancé dans la découpe de mes viandes que j'achète en gros pour les congeler à l'issue, aucun souci, j'avais tout le matériel à disposition. Un carpaccio de poisson avec une lame qui n'adhère pas, c'est tout aussi agréable. Ils sont légers, se lave facilement et l'étui est bien pratique car ils sont... Tranchants (oui, c'est tout de même l'important d'ailleurs), et cela protège bien le fil. Le manche est ergonomique et la lame d'acier couverte du haut jusqu'au fil d'un revêtement anti-adhésif est très convainquant, je le recommande.

Good Enough for a Knife Snob
I have always purchased high quality knives from a specialty store. I needed something for the non-Cook’s to use in my kitchen (decoy knives). Turns out that I use these more than my expensive knives—kind of mad about that. This is the second set I have purchased in two years. They work great! Used them to prepare a meal for 150 people... no problem. They sharpen very easily and the protective sleeves mean I can just throw these in a drawer. Highly recommend for the home cook.

scharf und liegt sicher in der Hand
Sehr schönes Messerset. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand. Hochwertig verarbeitet und der Griff ist gummiert für sicheres Anfassen. Der Griff und die Klinge sind sehr stabil. Auch sehr weiches Obst und Gemüse lässt sich sehr gut schneiden, ich benutze dafür oft das Brotmesser aus dem Set. Das Schneiden macht richtig Freude.
