Great cover for the GPPS tracker, but not easy to get off to charge the tracker. Still worth it to have something covering the Tractive GPS equipment. worth it.

this does a great job at protecting the tracker. it is easy to place the tracker in & remove too when needing to charge. there is also a charger you can order separately where it can be charged in the holder.

The straps on my tracker finally gave out and I was worried I was going to have to buy another tracker, but then I found these. They were easy to put on and fit like a glove. My only complaint is that I have to take my dog’s entire collar off to charge his tracker now. This can be problematic due to him being an escape artist, thus the need for the tracker

I like that it is a secure method to hold the tracker on a collar. I've lost two trackers because the original attach from Tractive comes loose. And because it's not very accurate GPS, finding the detached tracker only worked one of the three times they came off. Our dogs are running through weeds and forest and it's not strong enough. This is solid. Tractive has come out with an improved method for connecting a charger and my only dislike with the holder is that improved connection can't work with the holder.

The product worked great but just did not last. I am not sure if my other dog contributed to the damaged as my dogs play rough. Lasted less than 12 months.

Prefer these to the ones that come with the Tractive. Trick to get it in/out is pull each side of the gap in middle section apart from the back side with your index fingers then just slide in or out through the end hole while pulled apart (can get snagged on the 4 little clips/hooks otherwise). I keep one on each collar so I don’t have to slide them on/off. Very durable, protects the Tractive and makes it much more secure. I have the charger that goes around/snaps onto the Tractive so just have to remove it to charge but very easy to do with the method I mentioned.

In the description these were advertised to fit the tracker I have for my dog but they don’t. Not even close. They are not what I expected. If you have a newer version of the tracker it doesn’t fit at all. You can’t even try to make it fit because it just stretches too far and falls apart. If you plan on buying this please be certain what tracker you have and where the plug in to charge is located. View the photos very carefully. The newer trackers have side plug ins and the older ones are located on the very end. Proceed with caution.

After losing our first Tractive while hunting pheasants in South Dakota(no satellite or cell coverage), I was ordering a new one when I saw these for sale. The silicone seems very thick and strong and it fits the device like a glove. I removed the Tractive supplied strap before putting the tracker into this. Notice that “nubs” on the tracker are covered by this cover….some others for sale on Amazon have the “nubs” sticking out of holes….unnecessary, and another place for dirt to get in. Also, notice how thick the back straps are. It slid over the buckle on the collar with just a little effort. These should be provided by Tractive instead of the flimsy and easily dislodged system they have now. Fingers crossed this lasts and we don’t lose another tracker!

Oltre al fatto che protegge il tractive da urti graffi ecc, permette finalmente di togliere il sistema di aggancio originale del tractive oggettivamente un po fragile e di sostituirlo con quello integrato nella custodia in questione. Le bande in silicone che avvolgono il collare davvero spesse e robuste, non dovrete mai più avere paura di perderlo.

Tractive’s own dog variant has clips that fall off. The “cat” variant is better, but deliberately weak, so cats cannot hang themselves (the strap just breaks). These are the definitive answer both problems. And you can charge the tracker without removing the unit from the collar. The grey and black are very close in colour, but either is far better than the ghastly blue that is Tractive’s default colour. We have a Vizsla. Blue collar? Not really. I have petitioned Tractive to make a black tracker, but they refuse. The Customer is always — a nuisance. Anyhoo, these are great and very robust. Cannot fathom how we found them — very glad we did. Shipped to the former United Kingdom in under a week. Excellent.

Super bra kvalitet.

So you're probably looking at this because your tractive case broke and you want a substitution. I've tried a bunch of different dupes and this by far is the best. It won't work on a thick collar and you kind of have to wrestle it on but it stays on and it doesn't break and you can charge it without taking it out of the holder. Oh and the price is absolutely great.
