Mae Ploy Chilli Paste in Oil

Bought this during the 3rd lock down because of travel restrictions. Sweet & spicy hot in taste. Cheaper than other Thai brands. Very good quality and more in quantity. Good quality. Good for all Thai or spicy hot Asian dishes / soups, Asian salads, noodles and sauce for battered/deep fried foods. Keeps very well even past expiry date for months. Strongly recommend.

Very good taste and authenticity. Pretty spicy also which I love. Made an excellent tom yum with it. Definitely recommend.

This is my go to paste for stir fry, so flavourful with yummy shrimp taste. Only downside is it is a bit sweeter. It comes in good package with a plastic bag inside, ensuring no leakage during delivery.

Just delicious. I was looking for a chilli paste to replace one from Shri Lanka that I cannot find anymore. It's not too hot and rich with no fishy smell or taste. Great on toast, as a marinade or as a quick sauce.

It good paste to add pizzazz to your dishes, but it's not too hot and actually has more sweetness that spoils some fun. I have used better tasting brands, but if you want basic affordable (Amazon does a brilliant deal) Chilli sauce go for it, if you want real hot spicy stuff avoid. Please be aware that it is very oily, so do not add much oil to your dishes when using this brand.
