The top edge of the leather can be a bit ‘bitey’ on the leg and the teeth run very low on the front so you need to be careful not to ‘snag’ them. Ground off the lowest tooth for my daughter & my skates which has been perfect for us. They are also flat on the bottom of the blade, and will need quite a bit of metal taken off to sharpen.
