Be warned- you can never have a different pillow again. Perfect for watching videos on the phone and a game changer for that choking feeling if you're a side sleeper. Super cozy comfortable. And you can adjust it with some flexcess fluff they provide. It feels high quality and it stays reasonably cool.

I was skeptical of spending this much money on a pillow, but so far I'm glad I did. It's very comfortable, and the shape does seem to help. I injured my neck/shoulder years ago, and I would wake up 1-2x per week heading slept wrong making my neck and shoulder stiff and painful in the morning. This pillow has so far prevented that. This pillow has also significantly reduced my snoring, according to both my Samsung watch and my wife. I'm a side sleeper. This pillow can be as firm or soft as you want since you can add or remove filling. It comes with a bag of extra filling just for that. I wouldn't say its cooling, but it certainly isnt too warm either. And I'm someone who sleeps hot. All in all, I'd buy it again.

While the pillow looks anemic when it first comes out of its packaging, it puffs/firms up beautifully after time in the dryer. I haven't had any odor issues. I'm mostly a side sleeper and at first I thought there wasn't enough of the extra fill, so I put it all in. I've ended up needing to take at least half back out to keep my head at the correct angle. While this can fit in a standard pillow case, it just barely fits and keeps coming out - at least at my fill level. Queen pillow cases are much better. This is so much more comfortable than any of my previous pillows. I don't need to stack multiple pillows to get the right support. I'm no longer waking up with neck or shoulder or arm pain. I'm recommending it to pretty much everyone and I've purchased a second pillow to keep at my parents for when I visit!

I'm still on the fence about this pillow and haven't decided whether I'll be keeping it. The first thing I noticed is that the king size is huge. To be fair, the dimensions are accurately listed, but I was still surprised once it arrived. I followed the instructions and fluffed it in the dryer, and it expanded quite a bit. I had hoped it would fit into one of my king pillowcases for a nicer look on the bed, but it's simply too large. I've been using it with the amount of fill it came with and haven't added or removed any. It does compress quite a bit in the center while I'm lying on it, but not enough that I feel the need to adjust the filling—at least not yet. As the manufacturer mentions, it does benefit from a quick refluff after use. The cover is very soft, and the pillow itself feels well made and comfortable. I've generally slept well on it, although I find myself repositioning it several times throughout the night. That may be more about me than the pillow, since I'm naturally a restless sleeper. I've also been recently diagnosed with sleep apnea (I'm not using CPAP) and have been experimenting with different pillows, sleeping positions, and angles in hopes of improving my sleep. I've spent more money on pillows than I'd like to admit. While my sleep numbers have improved since my initial sleep study—likely helped by weight loss—I still haven't found the combination that works best for me. I was really hoping this $100 pillow would be the answer. For now, I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a high-quality, comfortable pillow. I'm going to continue using it for a while longer before deciding whether it's the right fit for me.

This is a great pillow for anyone who wakes up with a sore neck after sleeping. The stuffing level is adjustable but I use mine as it came. I kept the extra fill material in case it feels flatter after longer use.

I recently got a new bed and my old pillow no longer worked for me (it was also 20 years old). It’s been an ongoing struggle of either too soft or too hard. No matter how expensive the pillow my neck was killing me. This cut out pillow has been a game changer! I am so happy with it. It’s comfortable I sleep so well ever since I switched. I’ve tried over 10 pillows and finally tried this one.

TLDR: Not a good pillow for those seeking true firmness and support for the neck and spine. Based on the price point, I was really hoping this was my final stop for my quest for the best side sleeping pillow. Unfortunately, my neck still remained stiff even with this pillow. And yes, I do PT work on my neck, traps, shoulders and hit the gym to strengthen the supporting muscles, but I still don't have the perfect time sleeping because most pillows being too soft. This one is no different. It's great that it lets you adjust the height based on the fill you put in and take out, but remains to be the same problem is that its soft --even for the one that is advertised as firm. The fill material feels like cotton, but its a synthetic poly material. It's quite comfortable to touch, but not supportive in the way I need it to be. I was really hoping this would be a winner for me, but unfortunately it missed the mark.

My dream-like sleep began with this very item. It’s convenient that the filling can be adjusted. I’m very pleased.

This pillow has been a game-changer for my neck and shoulders! As a dedicated side-sleeper, I was having so much trouble with my neck and purchased so many pillows, none of which helped.
