I’ve really been enjoying this chair, especially after a long day. The heat around my lower back and calves feels great, especially when it’s cold outside. I usually put it in zero gravity and just relax for a while. It’s very comfortable and helps take some pressure off my lower back.The foot massage is probably one of my favorite parts. The rollers are pretty strong, but in a good way, especially after I’ve been on my feet a lot. I also use the voice control quite a bit since I don’t have to reach for the remote when I’m already reclined. Sometimes I’ll connect my phone to the Bluetooth speakers and listen to music while using it.Overall, it’s been really nice having a massage chair at home. It’s comfortable, relaxing, and I find myself using it pretty often.

Update: I bought this product when my favorite massage therapist I'd been seeing (monthly, for years) moved out of state. Just treating normal "desk job posture" and early 40s aches. I figured... I'll reallocate those funds to the same area of self-care and save in the long run, right? Y'ALL. I've been sitting in this chair several times a week for almost nine months. It's not the same as a hands-on massage, but it's almost daily rather than weeks in between. And you know what I realized the other day? I. Have. Zero. Back pain. What?!? Hallelujah!!------For comparison: I recently purchased (and returned) a $700 massage chair. I've used a similar chair at the gym that runs around $8000. Current price of this product is $2500.This one is magnificent. 1000% better than the cheaper model, and while it's not as nice as the more expensive model, the differences are minimal.There are SO many settings to customize... it'll take a while to really get the most out of it. So easy to put together. Worked right out of the box. The voice control is a neat concept but she talks randomly so I keep that feature turned off. Air pressure features are very powerful. Rollers work great, most noticeably on the feet. Operation manual is helpful... though difficult to interpret at times due to the language barrier. Excellent results for stress relief and tight muscle relaxation. Love that it can even focus on neck and shoulders. I don't have the kind of income that makes a purchase like this easy, but I'm immensely glad I went for it.Note: The controller screen we got initially worked... but was glitchy/erratic. We got it replaced for free after a few video chat sessions with the IT team. Excellent customer service experience every time. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I’ve been using this chair for a couple of months, and I really enjoy it—especially the beige color. It looks soft and clean, and fits nicely in my space without feeling bulky at all.I mostly use it at night, especially after playing badminton or finishing a workout. Once I sit down and start a mode, it slowly reclines into zero gravity, and I can feel the rollers working their way down my back. The neck and shoulder massage feels just right—firm enough to release tension, but still very comfortable. When the heat kicks in, it adds a gentle warmth that helps my muscles relax even more. It’s not too intense, just the right level to ease soreness.It’s honestly become part of my routine now. After exercise, I’ll spend 15–20 minutes in it to relax and recover, and it really helps me wind down before bed.

Excellent investment. We were going for massage monthly which gets pretty expensive, there is also the hassle of trying to get the therapist you prefer so the professional massage was not working well for us. Since buying this massage chair we get our sore muscles worked out as often as we need to, my wife uses the chair almost every day for two, twenty minute sessions and finds it helps greatly with all those aches and pains we accumulate.The fit is good for each of us, especially with the leg area being flexible.Pressure is pretty strong for my wife so she uses a thin pillow at the back area which seems to work well for her.Assembly is super easy, almost plug and play once you have it in the right spot.The chair is very attractive, we have it in the master bedroom and it is a nice addition.The chair is sturdy, both of us are able to use the chair comfortably, I am 5’11” my wife is 5’4”.IMPORTANT:The ONLY suggestion I would make is to use a small extension cord when plugging the machine in and having the cord reachable from in the chair- I say this as we had a power failure while my wife was mid massage, the power was only off for a second but the chair did not want to go back to the starting position by using the touch screen; it needed to be unplugged and plugged in again to get it out of zero gravity which is close to impossible without someone to help, this reason I removed one star.All in all we feel the chair has paid for itself in the few months we have owned it.

The relax Massage chair zero gravity SL tracks shiatsu Is by far the best massage chair or should I say massage that I have ever received. Had always wanted to get a massage chair but for whatever reason never did and occasionally would put the dollar bills in the mall massage chairs of which all would agree not a good massage whatsoever, however from time to time would visit the stores that have the high end massage chairs but the cost was always quite high so when I finally decided to get a massage chair did some research and located the relax model and I'm so thankful that I did. Because not only has this been by far the best massage that I have received the cost is absolutely amazing when you consider all of the bells and whistles that come with this model, everyone that has been over of course wants to try the massage chair not only because of my rave reviews but who doesn't like a nice massage and without exception there hasn't been one person that has been disappointed in fact I have to Let them know that I have somewhere to be to be a meeting or have to pick somebody up or they wouldn't get out of the chair so in closing I can say again without a doubt great value great massage great look and if that wasn't enough david one of the representatives I had contacted him not only was he prompt but was able to give the advice on the hands free speaking to be able to navigate the massage chair and that's another bonus because one of my most dearest friends ALICE. Is also the name of the chair. So definitely if looking to purchase a quality, reliable and affordable definitely get the Relx Massage Zero Gravity SL- Track Shiatsu Chair, you won't be sorry that you did.

The driver dropped this off in my living room, then waited until I gave him a positive review.The lights wouldn’t come on, they are mentioned in the booklet but not how to turn them on. Contacted Amazon, they were unable to assist and recommended contacting seller. It’s been about 40 hours, no email response. I called this morning and left a message. Still no lights. Can’t get it to be at zero gravity with feet up. The booklet they send sucks. It’s all trial and error with the control panel. The AI, is stupid, ridiculous nd doesn’t do what it says. The massage is VERY good!I’m very concerned about the customer service.I ordered it Sunday and it arrived 8:30 Monday night!As mentioned, the panel needs to be backlit, can’t see it without a light nearby.I really want the lights to work.I’m very concerned about customer service response for such a high priced item. Have had better assistance with ten dollar items.I’m really not sure if I’m keeping this item. Actually looking for something to strap the box closed so I can send it back.There are several things about this chair that I like, but several that concern me with such a high dollar item.Hopefully I’ll be able to update to a better review but I’m not feeling comfortable at this point.I can not recommend this item at this point.Update:Customer support called me and David was outstanding! He face timed me and in five minutes helped me get over my frustrations. The led light on the side of the chair only come on when the chair is activated.David asked me to do a few things with the screen, he noticed I was using my thumb and said to stop that and use my fingertips. Simple but really made a difference. He said you have to sit through the body scan and wait for the beeps before making changes. Once you get that beep, using the fingertip, change the default mode of 4(relax) to any of the other modes. Going to zero gravity, again, after the body scan using fingertip, there are three zero gravity settings, I like the all the way back. You can also change the intensity levels at that time.I love the chair. A little disappointed that the lights aren’t always on, but no big deal. I also mentioned the lack of backlight to see the screen better, perhaps a future upgrade.I’m getting rid of the packaging and keeping the chair. Three year warranty and David made it seem that they are very proud of their product and want their customers to be happy.

It is very relaxing feels great. But my screen went blank after 1 month and as far as it measuring your body before starting it constantly massages my head and it hurts! Contacting warranty will update about how that goes.
