I purchased Beaphar CatComfort Excellence as a lower-cost alternative to my usual big-brand pheromone diffuser, hoping it would offer similar reassurance for my cat Vincent, who suffers from idiopathic cystitis - a condition that nearly took him from us two years ago. One small caveat: while the product claims to last up to 30 days, I found it began to taper off around day 23. Still, the wording is accurate, and when you crunch the numbers, it remains more cost-effective than my previous brand - even with slightly shorter longevity. Refil for defuser for my cat it helps to calm her from dog barking and outside noises

This product is brilliant, I have 4 cats 2 of which didn't get along, been using the plug in for 6 weeks and the change in all 4 cats is remarkable, all getting along much better and generally a more relaxed feel around the home. Also 2 of them were very upset when the dustbin wagon came down the road and used to run off and hide, but today, as of writing this review, they've not panicked at all. So very good product at a reasonable price.

This has been invaluable in helping my two grumpy senior cats get along together. Although they still give each other side-eye now and again, there are hardly any fights and they are largely calm and content.

I'm not sure if this worked or not. I inherited two kitties, and had to keep them separate from my dog for a little while, so had this plugged in in the room to help calm them a little... But one cat was showing very very clear signs of stress with howling, hair loss, not eating... Since letting them out of the room, her hair has grown back completely, she's no longer howling, and asks for her food, so I'm not sure if this had any effect, or just not enough. Keep an eye on the liquid running out! The plug gets extremely hot when there's nothing left.

bought these to try as times are hard, & cheaper than the leading calming brand that begins with f. My cat is as chilled as he was with the "f" branded plug in. He has always been a nervous cat, & these devices do help make him more relaxed - I know they make a difference to his wellbeing, & always find him most relaxed in the room this is plugged in - rolling around like a weeble, & dozing blissfully. easy to change refills that last as long as the leading brand, no smell to humans in house, & generally a great cheaper alternative that works just as well as leading calming brand.

Calm down success

We have these installed at two extremes of our apartment to cover entire area and we change it as it soon as it finishes. We use it just to make the cats happy. It's possible to tell by cat behaviour when the liquid runs out, as they start to be more nervous, startle easy over noises ect.

It has a smell compared to the feliway.. I wouldn’t buy it again because of this

I’m not 100% sure but I think it works my cat seems more relaxed and calm also I’m not sure if it is the reason or not but I have it plugged in next to my bed for a month and a half now and my cat hasn’t had any “accidents” ever since, let’s just hope she never does
