The long length also contributes towards keeping them dry. An added bonus is they are light weight so can fold quite small to squeeze into the bottom of a backpack. Great value for money and performs as well as the bigger named brands we know. They have had them through a lot of wet muddy weather tkniw and still look great. They wash up really well so expect them to last a long time.
