Work great for my purpose.
Good bulbs. Work great for Back the Blue month. Long lasting so won't have to replace them for a long time. Great quality for the price. Love the color output.

Bright and effective!
The brightest of the yellow bug bulbs that we have tried and they work very well. A dramatic difference in the amount of moths and flying insects while still ficingoog light.

No more mosquitos.
My husband and I were talking to a friend about all the mosquitoes we have when we turn the porch light on, he said try replacing the bulb with a yellow one. I found this one and we do not see all the mosquitoes we did before. It’s a great product that does what it says. I’m going to order more for around the house.

Average brightness. Installation required lubricating base to turn on.
As for installation, after I screwed this light bulb into the light socket, the light would not turn on. So I put a small amount of vegetable oil on a paper towel and rubbed it around the base of the light bulb, then twisted the base back into the light bulb socket. Voila! It works! I thought this tip might help someone. As far as brightness, the yellow bug light lights my patio, but not much into my yard. It’s not flickering. I need to give it some time to see how it does at repelling bugs and to evaluate longevity.

Finally! Soft, low-brightness, LED 3 way!
The perfect LED 3-way, low glow/watt lightbulb for a reasonable price! We have a crystal lamp of my mother's that turned out to be a 3 way lamp. Cue the frustration of finding a low watt 3 way bulb that was lower than 40 watts on the lowest setting. We just wanted the lamp for a soft glow for the hallway for our almost blind cat (15) at night. It also helps us to better see him (tuxedo) curled up on the hall carpet (dark green) any time of the day so he's not accidentally stepped on or tripped over. Night lights weren't bright enough & their shine radius too small. So the lamp now sits at the end of the hall on my maternal grandmother's commode [historically refers to a bedroom cabinet concealing a chamber pot (behind a door, usually) and some linen storage (in drawers)]. The light shines softly enough & yet bright enough to be useful without blinding someone walking in the hall in the dead of night. Now to find a use for the 2nd bulb as I'm not sure we have the other lamp of the set or where it is if we do! 😄

Bingo, just what I was looking for.
Just got to test one and compare color to old bulbs. Very good match. Color is less “amber” and more deep red IMO. This is what I had in my older 4-5 watt (65 watt/800 lumens incandescent) and was looking for in a 9 watt, 1600 lumen, LED bulb. I admit that the “brightness” differences is not very noticeable, but fine for my purposes. I was surprised at the bulb itself. The covering is a frosted clear plastic and the color I assume must come directly from the LED being used. Was worried for a second there…

Does not work in all 3-way sockets (single light level)
I put this in a 3-way lamp that had two sections burned out. You can tell it is a 3-way because the bulb and base have an extra contact ring and the switch takes 4 clicks to go from of through the 3 levels and back to off. This bulb goes on and off on each click which means one of the two bottom contacts aren't connected (this is what happens when you put a regular 1 section light bulb in a 3-way lamp socket. Nothing blows up, but you only get one light level. I compared the old bulb and the other of the pair I received, and it appears that the center contact is shorter on the new one, likely the source of the problem. For the difficulties I have getting it boxed and down to the UPS dropoff in town (I have mobility issues and getting from the parking lot into the store is a struggle I avoid when possible, but I am not going to pay $7.99 to return an $8.99 purchase. The bulbs are still useful to me, at least temporarily, because it is brighter on the one level that works than the one I replaced was, and it has a higher temperature, making it have a blue white color instead of a yellow sunlight color. That is an improvement over what I had. It's an old lamp that has an antique look I really don't like. I will likely order a more modern lamp and some other brand of bulbs. Over and out!

Works great!!
I was hesitant to buy another yellow bulb because they aren’t always bright. These are really bright and I don’t have trouble seeing the walk. And it helps keep down the moths.

Perfect
Very good deep colour. I went for blue bulbs. I was worried they wouldn't work with my dimmer switch, I didn't see that in the advert only on the box, I was set to return the bulbs but thought hey ill try them and found they work perfectly, although as stated they are NOT dimmable, I'm not bothered at all I can't dim them as I use them for outdoor use. My dimmer switch is solely used as a smart light switch so we can control the lights from our phone. Great product so far will buy more if needed.

No son amarillos
Los venden como amarillos, en realidad la luz es naranja halloween. Por esta razón no los recomiendo para nada.
