Someone made a better mouse trap! This thing just plain works. It feels very solid and well constructed. It grabs very well and makes quick work of filter removal an installation. It is very adjustable and will fit on my tractors big hydraulic filter as well as its tiny oil filter. It basically fits every filter I have to change.

Grips filter can well. Can remove filter easily with 6" extension and ratchet. Much easier than using huge channel locks!

First change of hydraulic filter for my Kubota tractor and I could NOT get the old filter off. I pulled till my old filter wrench bent. I WD-40ed it over and over and never got it to budge. Out of desperation I ordered this weird filter wrench which looked bombproof and waited. Got it today and my first thought was no way this thing will work. But got out my longest drive bar and I pulled HARD. It budged, then it just worked. This little guy was a godsend and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Workpro, I love this thing!

Good product and works fine for older model vehicles. As for the new vehisle where you have to take half the engine bay apart these days, it's really useless. The size makes it hard to attach to the filter using a socket wrench and once on, hard to operate. The way they install engines today in very small bays, no-one really likes working on them, anymore. There has been a lot of videos on YT about the struggles manufacturers are making for the little guy, just trying to make a living.
