Fluxite is just the flux grease to promote the solder flow. **Q: would this flux be good for soldering bronze to bronze?** A: This product when applied and heated fizzes up and de-oxidises the surfaces ready for soldering, I've not used it for bronze but it claims to be good for brass.. Bronze is copper+tin brass is copper+zinc. Bear in mind that solder a different colour and soft enough to cut with a knife so is solder strong enough for your needs? If this is an ornamental repair you might want to approach a jeweller or someone of that nature who actually does this stuff for a living. **Q: will this solder a copper tube over a stainless spigot from a potable water tank?** A: Extremely unlikely, my limited knowledge of soldering stainless steel suggests that whilst it can be done, a specialist flux is needed. Ask a plumber.
