Top rated by Which and perfect for tracking luggage. We bought this as a gift for our granddaughter and is compatible with her iPhone (and also android) and it is less expensive than similar devices. She is finding it very easy to use on her Gap year travels.

Bought four of these, one never activated at all so it was returned and refunded. Positives: The three that did work okay have been excellent, working with either the eufy app or Apple's own Find My system. They can also of course be used to locate your missing phone too, so handy reverse usage. Battery life seems to be excellent too. Negatives (hence 4-stars): The QR code on the back of the cases wears away almost immediately when in general use, especially on a key ring, so a waste of time and unusable. Also triggering false alarms with accidental button press 'pocket dial' scenarios is fairly common, even when the setting to minimise this is enabled. So, a really good budget alternative to Apple Airtags, but as if with anything, compromises in quality have to be made if you want things cheaper.

This very small item is amazingly good. It is so worth buying to reassure us where our luggage, etc is when not in our possession .

I bought 5 of these as I really liked the idea that it worked on both IOS and Android as we have a mixture of these in our household although it seems you need to be in Bluetooth range for Android. Unfortunately, I've had 2 die within the warranty period! Also, when you contact Customer Services you have to jump through so many hoops and spend so much time resetting, reconnecting, deleting and re-installing apps to prove that they don't work that it's not worth the effort. Most annoyingly one was dying during the warranty period and I told Customer Services and they just said wait and see but by the time it died fully they said it was now out of warranty and they weren't going to do anything. So probably 20 emails trying to deal with it was a complete waste of time and I don't hold out much hope for the others lasting much longer. I've bought a lot of Eufy/Anker products and whilst they are good they quite often fail shortly after the warranty period. Particularly the headphones the ear pads just disintegrate so I don't know if this is by design or accident. In short. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and buy an alternative. UPDATE: I bought some Apple Airtags and put them together with these trackers as an experiment. The Apple Airtags are 'found' much more easily and quickly and I haven't had any connectivity issues! Quick look just now and the Airtag was found 7 minutes ago and the Eufy tracker was last seen 4 hours ago at home so not particularly useful if you're trying to track something!

I like these for the fact that they have the Left behind alarm for free and I used to have a tile tracker which you had to be on a subscription to get these services. It's just fantastic! It works great
