This is a great product and it works very well, it doesn't stick out to much to look abnormal. It has decent sound to u can hear it around the house. If u have a bigger house I would recommend on getting some more chimes or connect Doorbell to Alexa's. Overall great product would highly recommend

Works well easy to set up could be louder

Neat and impressive. Arrived quickly. Comes with two types of plug ends - normal flat, three pin and one with two, round pins. As with everything these days there were no instructions but, using the Ring doorbell app, set up took only a matter of minutes. However I could not understand why I could only hear the ring sounds via the mobiles and Amazon Echo Show. No sound from the chime at all. My fault entirely! However, I went back into the app - sounds, re-selected sounds and discovered I had not set the volume! Now, it is amazing. No more carrying the mobile everywhere and both motion and doorbell can be heard easily indoors despite the thick walls and double glazed, two door porch. The doorbell itself can also be heard outside and the chime itself also clearly plays the selected motion alert sound just indoors and through our devices but not outside - Perfect. I thought it was expensive but it has impressed both of us - so pleased we decided to purchase this chime. Could have done with a few more, slightly longer musical sounds as the longest one for motion Is Laugh and the doorbell is Dogs Barking. Because of the layout of our home, we need a long sound to alert us for both motion and doorbell. But it is a great gadget, small - not much bigger than a normal plug and very neat in appearance - no need for unsightly wires and WiFi setup takes only minutes.

Part of the ring door bell, good value and works well.

Brilliant addition to the front door bell/camera and multiple cameras around the home. We live on a 3 storey home and can hear the chime from around the whole house. It connects brilliantly to the WiFi and the speed from button push, or person detection is great! Its subtle design means that it tucks away into its plug socket without being a distraction to other areas of the hallway; fitting into the surrounding area perfectly. The multiple function available through the Ring network make this chime incredible value.

Can now hear the door bell

When connected to my network, the device functions optimally. However, it frequently experiences disconnections, necessitating a complete router reboot for reconnection. This issue occasionally affects the primary Ring doorbell, which is particularly inconvenient when I am off-site, as it impedes communication with visitors to my property. Both the doorbell and chime are unobstructed and located within three metres of my Virgin Media router. No other devices experience random disconnections, and those that do consistently reestablish their connection to the network without issue, often unnoticed. Therefore, this appears to be a systemic issue with the Ring device.

Dispositivo sencillo, ya que no deja de ser un altavoz enchufado a la corriente, que a su vez lo veo super necesario si tienes un portero ring, ya que con alexa a veces no te avisa si llaman a la puerta, por lo que si no llevas el móvil encima y llaman al portero, no te enteras. Un punto a favor es poder elegir el tono y el volumen. Funciona correctamente.

Easy set up.

J’ai acheté ce Ring Chime pour compléter ma sonnette vidéo Ring afin d’entendre les alertes sans avoir toujours mon téléphone à portée. L’installation est ultra simple : on le branche sur une prise, on le connecte en Wi-Fi via l’application Ring, et en 2 minutes il est opérationnel. Le volume est largement suffisant pour couvrir un grand salon ou un étage complet, et on peut le régler facilement. Les sonneries sont variées et certaines sont même saisonnières (Noël, Halloween, etc.), ce qui ajoute une petite touche sympa. La connexion est stable : aucune coupure depuis son installation il y a un mois, et le délai entre la détection/sonnette et le déclenchement du Chime est quasi instantané. Design discret en blanc, il se fond facilement dans n’importe quel intérieur. Un excellent complément pour être sûr de ne jamais manquer un visiteur ou une alerte Ring, même quand le téléphone est en silencieux.

Ich nutze den Ring Chime zusammen mit meiner Ring Doorbell, die Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass das Gerät sofort in der App erkannt wurde und verschiedene Klingeltöne sowie Lautstärkestufen eingestellt werden können. Der Ton ist klar, selbst über mehrere Räume gut hörbar, und das kompakte Design passt unauffällig in jede Steckdose. Auch nach mehreren Wochen funktioniert alles stabil ohne Verbindungsabbrüche. Ideal, wenn man nicht jedes Klingeln am Handy hören möchte, sondern einen klassischen Gong im Haus wünscht. Insgesamt eine tolle Ergänzung zum Ring-System, zuverlässig, praktisch und hochwertig verarbeitet. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die ihr Smart-Home-System sinnvoll erweitern möchten!

Liten och smidig Chime som kopplas in i vägguttaget och som paras ihop med andra Ring-enheter, i mitt fall en dörrklocka med videofunktion. Utan denna Chime så får man ingen ringfunktion inne i huset. Mycket bra!
