Zenga Black or Blue Refillable Electronic Rubber Lighter with Clear Bottom Flame Blocking

Iv'e used Zippo on and off nearly 40 years but they drink lighter fluid. Iv'e used useless Ronson lighters that pack in after a few months refusing to light and the clipper lighters are okay until the flint wheel jams. Zenga however I have used nearly for 3 years and to be honest they surpass the other three brands in value for money, durability and usage. Small, robust and practical they are windproof and still works after being dropped and fall in a puddle. Iv'e owned six of them and two of them stopped working after the flame jets got blocked. Average lifespan of these little Zenga is around a couple of years but costs less than half the price of a pack of 20. Sobering thought but they don't need to be used to light expensive coffin nails.

I bought this lighter for my dad. The durability of this lighter was very good especially for the price. The ignition button was easy and sturdy. You could lock the mechanism and activate it like a blowtorch. The outer casing was easy to grip and perfect for everyday use. A great purchase especially for the price definitely would recommend for those who are in the building trade or just want a cheap lighter for every day use.

These have proven to be great little lighters though not the most durable they work well in most situations.

To clarify I play Airsoft my use is different to most, used it for about 4 months, I use it for lighting bangs and smokes that are dud from strike plates falling off or have gotten wet (now i tend to just drop the strike plates and go straight for the lighter), I jacked the flame taller than the cap to make it easier, I needed the straight jet flame from this so I could light them quickly and from any angle. The other use is for recoiling spring ends after cutting, heats the spring red hot in 30-40 seconds. Its been left in my pocket several times going through the wash and still works. The only thing I would say to make it better for my use is a more heat/flame/spark proof cap, when you light smokes and bangs, a firework with a more aggressive initial fuse, its melted the cap surface inside in the small amount of time its close to it but hasn't affected use yet.

It's a good lighter. But I have tried four different gas makers to fill it up but no gas goes in. No good???.

a nice proportioned easy to use lighter for the money but would pay more if made of metal and cant really give it a rating for durability as i have just got it but it looks the part...now mid november bought in march and still my pocket lighter 👍

Brilliant lighters that are compact. Windproof, with an adjustable flame and locking device. These are the business and would be welcome on any survival trek.

Love these. I've had many turbo lighters, and paid too much. These work so well because they are very simple: just a big lighter with a flame nozzle. The lid will break, and bits will drop off, but it all just clips back on again. Others take a GCE to refill: not these. Keep them warm and they'll never let you down. A steal at this price. Buy 5.
