Ordered with fast delivery and came within 2 days. Mine I ordered with a small case and a few extras which I didn't mind receiving. Camera itself is great for why I purchased as a business camera. I own my business and use this for insurance photos. I wanted something at least durable, dust proof and not to break or lose my phone which I use for photos. Prevents my phone from becoming too wet since it this camera is waterproof. (Which is another reason I bought it -not to take scuba diving. I do that with my GoPro.) This is a lot less expensive than my cell phone. It takes good photos but the best way is to use the micro SD chip (Ultra SANdisc 32gb 10speed) and get a good one which I always buy and at least a few extra batteries with a USB charger to charge with travel batteries. Also the best way to charge it than on the camera. I also removed the chip, plug it into my computer and transfer my photos for reports. This can be plugged into a SD adapter to insert in USB port. Camera is loaded with features and easy to use. Can fit in my cargo pockets of pants or a belt pouch. My car is the same color as the camera - blue. I doubt I'll use the wifi or video option, I have other cameras for that. It works very well and didn't cost my business a lot of money.

Was a great buy for our river trip and lake trips

I bought this to take on my youth group church trips. This honestly was well worth my money. I was surprised on how much I love it! It really does work underwater, my friends got some good under water pictures with it! The battery life is so good, picture quality is awesome, very easy to use. And sending pictures to my phone from it is such a brilliant idea! Gota love it. 10/10

Ngl I was skeptical at first, but after purchasing it’s one of the best cameras I’ve had. Literally a travel camera and it’s waterproof. The picture quality is actually really good. I have to see how long the battery lasts but definitely worth the price. Brings everything it says it brings!

Dear Customer Support, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the response I received regarding my son's camera. I purchased this camera about two and a half years ago as a gift for my son before he left on his mission. He used it regularly throughout his two-year mission and it worked perfectly as a normal camera. However, the very first time he used it in water, the camera completely failed. The screen is now white, and it will not turn on at all. This is an expensive product, and I am extremely disappointed that a camera designed to be used in water would stop working the first time it was actually exposed to it. My son took excellent care of it throughout his entire mission, and it worked without any issues until this happened. I understand that the purchase was two and a half years ago, but simply telling me that nothing can be done because of the age of the purchase is incredibly frustrating. This does not feel like normal wear and tear or an old camera that simply stopped working. It failed when it was used for one of the purposes it was specifically designed for. I am asking that you please reconsider this and escalate the issue to someone who can help. We paid a significant amount of money for this camera and expected it to be reliable. I would really hope your company would stand behind its product and offer a reasonable solution. Overall. It will break in water. DONT BUY.

I bought it for a trip to Jamaica and we went snorkeling. Its amazing. The sound when it takes a picture helps A LOT when your mask fogs up a bit. You do need to be a bit steady and close up to the fish to get CRYSTAL CLEAR photos. Which is why I put it at 4 stars instead of 5. Opening the closing the battery part can be a bit tricky and hard to do but after a bit its easy to do. Easy controls for someone who doesnt do a whole ton of technically. It didnt break when I accidentally banged it on the side of the boat getting into and out of the water. Battery life so far is great! I charged it the day before we left, didnt use it until we were in the water 3 days later. Just to be sure I did charge it for a few minutes just in case the day before we swam. For over 4 hours it was full Battery before, during the swim and afterwards. The next morning I was transferring pictures using the wifi app and thats when the juice ran out. I would understand how annoying it would be if you didnt have the charger or extra storage card and it just quit on you. But truly I dont fault it on that. The wifi connection is easy- you put it on wifi mode on the camera part, then go to your phone and download the pix pro free app, then go to your settings on your phone and to your wifi and youll see the pixpro wifi. Click it and type in the password shown on the camera. Youll link up. Dont worry if its looking for connection completely it will work regardless. Then go out of the wifi anf into your pix pro app. And all your photos that are on your camera are there. And the downloading to your photo is easy. Here are some pictures I took with the camera and we are going again to snorkel in a few days. Just take your time and be patient if you dont get good pictures at first. It took me a bit to get the hang out it. Plus the camera is a touch heavy but not horrible.

I’ve tested it on land and the pics were great. Will test underwater while snorkeling in July.

The camera and gear as advertised and am happy with those, but to wait weeks to even get a dispatch notification was not good enough.
